2021 Budget
Consultation has concluded
District of Mission Council is developing the 2021 Budget and the 2021 – 2025 Financial Plan and would like to hear from the community. Each year the District’s Financial Plan is updated to ensure it aligns with community priorities as Mission moves forward into the future.
Background
Starting in August 2020 and over the course of the fall, Council and staff began deliberations to draft the 2021 Budget and 2021-2025 Financial Plan.
These discussions were guided in part by the input gathered during the annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey where residents gave feedback on the services they receive from the District and what they would like to see in the future.
This feedback helped develop insight into citizen preferences for where the District should focus its service investments and resources.

Give your thoughts and opinions on the draft 2021 Budget and 2021-2025 Financial Plan in the survey below. Your feedback will be reported back to Council in the final budget meeting on Dec. 2 and used to further align the budget with community priorities before the 2021-2025 Financial Plan Bylaw is adopted in early January 2021.
