Learn more about Fraser Health and have your say about improving healthcare in our communities!
The North Shore Health and Wellness Providers Forum is the first of a series of conversations intended to build a deeper and shared understanding of the health, care and wellness needs of Mission and the communities on the north side of the North Fraser, and of the complex system of people, organizations and resources that contribute to those outcomes.
This first conversation is an opportunity to listen, learn and see the system more clearly together. By bringing together workers and professionals with different perspectives, experiences, responsibilities and relationships to the health and care system, we hope to better understand what is working, where people and communities are experiencing challenges, and where there may be opportunities to work differently or more collaboratively.
This session is meant for health and wellness providers working within the areas of Chawathil First Nation all the way through to Maple Ridge only.
Spaces are limited, so sign up now. A maximum of 60 spaces are available.
