This survey has been created to inform Mission's Community Wellness Strategy and will help us to understand the publics communication needs, including how aware community members are of programs, services, supports and resources to meet your needs. To find out more about Mission’s Community Wellness Strategy please click here.

Our goal is to help community service providers deliver information about services, programs, supports, resources, and events to community members in the best way possible.

There are five questions in this survey that will help to identify:

  • how community members currently find and receive information regarding services, programs, resources, supports, events, etc.,
  • and the gaps, issues and/or barriers related to finding and receiving services, programs, resources, supports, events, etc. through the current ways that are used to send information to community members.

The information you provide in this survey will remain anonymous and confidential. The survey will close August 30, 2024. If you require more information, please contact Roberta O'Brien at roberta.obrien@mission.ca.
